Hahaha me too and all the day I’m getting triggered by people with food and water, but I’m very good at resisting. I am in a water coma every morning bc I’m afraid of getting thirsty

I talk about how much I’m going to eat all day but I get full after a gulp of water and a date 😭

Eat in recommended portions and if you feel full, don't eat more than. Do have a healthy breakfast with fruits incorporated, lots of water sipped on over a period of time not drank all at once.

Being a kin student, you don't know how excited I got seeing Dr. Mike get his source of post-workout carbs to promote glycogen synthesis

Gym has really helped Dr. Mike. I mean if Bear would lick me and jump on me like that, I would be thrown to the first corner of my house. Love you Bear! ❤️ Huge respect for Dr. Mike! 🙏
