Less than 12 hours after Floyd's death they had put out every thing he'd ever done. But it took almost two weeks to find out that Chauvin had 15+ complaints from civil right violations, misconduct, and excessive force. So here we go again, blame the victim who is now no longer around to defend himself.

They are just ignorant racists who don’t care because they can’t see a black man as a man. They love what chauvin did. They support it. They think cops should be judges and executioners because they don’t know what true love and empathy are and they don’t hold it in their hearts. @@douglasboyle448 No, but many of us are ex-addicts. All opioid overdoses are instantaneous. There is no prolonged consciousness. Tolerance is built rapidly and excessively when you use it regularly. There’s a lot of fear-mongering about fentanyl in general, but most people will be on it at some point during surgery, where it’s used routinely for general anesthesia. A tiny, tiny, tiny dose may kill someone with no tolerance to it, but if you’re a regular user, you could take 100x that amount and it won’t even effect you. The people who still say it was drug use despite all of the evidence to the contrary *are* disgusting. They’re choosing to believe in stigma, shame and false information about drugs instead of the truth. They’re disgusting because they want to dehumanize a man who struggled with substance use disorder to blindly support a murderer in uniform.

I work at an ER as a mere janitor, in L.A. We are a non trauma center, specializing in repository, stroke & heart attack. We get fenty ODs regularly. First off, when a patient complains that they can't breath the staff basically pander to them, but the rule of thumb is: if you can talk you can breath. Apparently, if they can say "I can't breathe," they have to be able to breathe to say anything. Based on that, I dont understand how Chauvin's knee, on the side of his neck, while Fenty Floyd wouldn't shut the f up, can be the cause of his loss of air in take? And, point of fact, why is this even a point in the trial, at all? Becuz it is a fact that Fenty Floyd swallowed ALLLLLL the fenty he was supplied with to sell, in his attempt to 'get away with it.' As he is a vile street dealer, he carries individual servings, as opposed to "weight"; individually wrapped/packaged. What is NOT told in all this is why this Dr.'s observations of a video are even considered; wouldn't a simple drug test reveal if Fenty Floyd OD'd? Apparently, not. In the ER I work DOCTORS CANNOT TEST FOR FENTY!!!!!! They rely on the patient's honesty when asked, "what did you take?" If just one of Fenty Floyd's packages was wrapped improperly, and ONE tiny grain got out in his stomach, for whatever reason, say seeped through the plastic sandwich bag wrapping commonly used, it would kill him in minutes, possible seconds. Note, when the ambulance got there he had not been DEAD 9 minutes. It seems like a nuanced point but there is a difference between not breathing for a prolong period of time and being dead. Perhaps if the ambulance personnel had used Naloxone right away, they could have saved Fenty Floyd so he can beat more women, perform more crimes, and sell more Fenty, but they didn't. So, in my take, Floyd deserves it, totally, but if someone else killed him, it was the Ambulance personnel. They listened to the crowd and treated Fenty Floyd for something other than a Fenty OD and he succumbed to his own Karma.

Many people who are drug users gain tolerance levels for drugs. What may be a lethal dose for one person, isn't for another. So this idea that he had a lethal amount in his system isn't really backed up with evidence. If he was a big time drug user, then he could have a tolerance for it. @@Un1234l Even assuming fentantyl overdose was the main cause, that still does not explain the cop adding to hypoxia by being extremely close to snapping his neck! With how rampant opioids are, cops are expected to be trained to know when someone is undergoing respiratory depression and cease combative measures and initiate rescue. Programs in which cops are being furnished Narcan (an opioid rescue) are becoming more common place due to how much they encounter this. Also your mention of "being high as a kite" makes no sense. Cops need to act accordingly based on present info. If a dude is comatose on the ground, I am not going to rely on him "being high as a kite" to preemptively use force. I'm going to rely on the fact that the due lost consciousness and had no pulse. That murderer was still on his neck minutes AFTER they couldn't detect a pulse. It's easy to say it's not clear when you're not making the efforts to make the facts more obvious. All fatal respiratory depression are hypoxia, but not all hypoxia are due to respiratory depression. In this case, the leading pulmonary expert is saying the hypoxia was due to physical obstruction of the lung. Use common sense and stop dancing around the current evidence.

The lawyers did a great job with this testimony. The doctor is one of the Best, if not the Best in the pulmonary field in the US. Ensuring not only a damning testimony to Chauvin but also the defense just can't get a better doctor than him.

The whole reason George Floyd was laying face down is because he said he couldn’t breath when he was sat in the back of the car. If he already had trouble breathing before Chauvin got involved I think it’s fair to say it’s at least a contributing factor.

Shallow breathing did. . . . Wait. . What does FENTYL cause?? Shallow breathing???? Whattttt
@christopherramirez332
@christopherramirez332 3 жыл бұрын
Shallow breathing can be caused by compression of your chest, diaphram, and airway. Your diaphragm is not like a bicep or thigh muscle, it has a very specific task and cannot be trained to resist compression... If you compress it long it will not be strong enough to contract with the resistance placed on it.
@SamuelGBerman
@SamuelGBerman 3 жыл бұрын
@@christopherramirez332 well of course. . I was just mentioning. . So can FENTYL overdose. . That's why he was complaining if not being able to breatg while sitting in back of cop car and before he was in ground. . . .
