I have been doing workout from past 2and half years even I have mini gym at home. So, covid didn't affected my performance. I was thinking of going of first steroid cycle with Test Enanthate(3ml/125mg)+Deca Durabolin(1ml/50mg) per week for a total time period of 1 month i.e 4 weeks of constant above mentioned dose. Including Estrogen Blockers, DHT Blockers, Multivitamin, Omega 3, Omega 6 , Vitamin D3, VitaminE, Vitamin C ; including 24 grams of protien after every 6 hours during the cycle And discontinuing( only till steroid cycle) creatine 5mg and 600mg of lipoic Acid which I used to take every day. Please tell me if I'm doing wrong somewhere....

Purely from an informational stand point:There is no such thing as safe when talking about steroids, it's all about risk vs benefit ratio, at these doses they have more benefits and less risk but there is always a lot of risk when putting exogenous hormones in your body.

Yes you can , be careful with deca, causes water rentention, less sexual drive, breathing issues , deca is said to be safe , bt has these sideaffects, nt harsh on organs

Purely from an informational stand point: diabetics need very close monitoring, agar time pe insulin start krdiya jata hain and sugar levels maintained rehte hain to itna farak nahi padta, but anabolics are dangerous for diabetics and if HRT is required it should be done under the supervision of an endocrinologist. Endocrinologist diabetes ki dawaiya iss hisab se adjust kr skte hain taki adverse effects na ho, lekin woh tabhi ye sab krenge jab report main actually testosterone itna low hain ki TRT ki zaroorat ho.

It's different for each compound you, rehte hain ke do matlab hai, pehla, ki ye kab tak body main detect ho skte hain, which is long time for most compounds,like months, doosra agar aap pooch rahe hain ki kab tak ye compounds ka asar body main kab tak rehta hain, to that is from days to weeks depending on the compound.
