Something i find useful for a doctor fate close combat combo is 1,1,3,2,1 and go from they with a meter burn wall bounce and an amun ra blast followed with a down 2 for a finisher

Scarecrow teleport is now much better than it was before. If you guess right on when to teleport it is easy to get a punish. I think if it was any faster it would be pretty over powered with the type of character he is.

It’s definitely better than it was, but still it’s too situational. It’s good for projectiles like Superman’s lasers but fir faster ones it’s not much help. It serves its purpose but I really wish there was more utility to it.
