The organs were probably deer organs, when you hunt and actually get a deer you do something called field dressing, you basically gut the deer in the woods so it's easier to drag it back to your car and the process also makes the meat taste better if you don't mess up. If you do it right the organs will come out still stuck together and in a big pile. The organs are the only part you're supposed to leave behind

If you live somewhere Rural, it's most likely that someone shot an animal and then field-dressed it, taking only the hide and meat but leaving the relatively useless organs for a wild animal to eat so as not to be wasteful. If you do not live somewhere rural then my only guess is the remains of animals fighting.

Doctor Large is my favorite pharmacist medicine doctor nurse man in the Marvel© DC© Cinematic Multiverse. I enjoy the healing and joy he spreads to those around him, and the glowing critical pain that is brought upon those unfortunate enough to get on his bad side when he is angry. He could beat Thanos with the infinity gauntlet. Literally just random crit him with his ubersaw, and he dies, that's it. Goku stands no chance either, the other overpowered Marvel© DC© Cinematic Multiverse character. He would simply get destroyed by walking in a straight line as 40 syringes get injected into his body because he has to get that medic pick and completely forgets the syringe gun is capable of 400+ damage in one clip. The Hulk would literally have a heart attack on the spot trying to compete with the true king of largeness. He doesn't even have to get angry to get large like The Hulk. He is naturally large, and as such the anger is controlled and channeled into more damage.

The literal google description of the show is "The Boys embark on a quest to expose the truth about The Seven, superheroes who abuse their powers." It says it right there. Like genuinely have you ever heard someone in real life say they think Homelander is the good guy, because, that's just so absurd, I can't imagine someone would genuinely say that, unless you're just trying to sound like you're enlightened to a situation that everyone else is already aware of.
