Three Tips - When a patient has a red heart above their heads that means that they have already been diagnosed so you need to go to the reception and call a new one (you can also give them their medecine so they can leave). The one that nees to be diagnosed have a blue heart. - You are like the lowest rank? So your tasks are very simple, like give them food or calibrate machines, clean the floor etc your tasks will gain difficulty as you progress. You can see your rank if you press J and put the "mouse ??" in the little draw in the left (srry not sure how to explain that). - When you complete tasks you can see that above you have a bar, if you want to be efficent you should at least make to the 2 (silver) sign, but the best is to complete it! PLUS! If you want to pass to the next level of profession you MUST accomplish the task that shows in the job 'window' (when you press J) And also have an axcellent behavior. You can have the behavior at 100% but you didn't complete the main task. Im not sure if you will saw this but I hope I can help to someone. If you (random person) have any questions just ask! Im kinda a freak 🥳

Oh, this was so great that you followed up on this! Your sim may have still failed on his shift, but the house is at least connected now and you’ve also got Bear. Also, to be fair, the doctor career in this game is kind of hard as far as the interactive careers go. It can take a few shifts to figure it out.
