your family is so cute! I love watching and crying to thai commercials. They're better than western movies sometimes! lol your poor little boy, must be so hard on you both seeing his cheeks. My nephew had really bad eczema as a child too. Vaseline works wonders!! on top of steroid cream or just regular creams. We tried so many things and vaseline 2-3 times a day on top of (or at different times) whatever lotion/medicine the doctor recommends made such a difference! Using steroids for so long would thin his cheeks too. good luck!!

Oh man our baby has been battling eczema for 6 months now! It’s soooo tough constantly goin g to the doctor and trying all kinds of treatments
