This is soooo not the point of this video...but hearing this doctor explain the first pass principle just has me thinking about how bad drinking is for ones health. Like you're literally drinking poison. Something that is proven to damage the liver..... Which as this doctor just medically explained is central to the body's essential digestive and self detoxifying functions. But this is very heartbreaking to hear in regards to Michael Jackson's death
