TikTok is HUGE...and there is also an entire medical 'section' of TikTok which a lot of people don't know about. Which means there is actually some pretty good information on the TikTok platform. I personally don't dabble in TikTok too much besides binge swiping during quarantine, but I decided to react to a whole bunch of medical TikTok videos today! Hope you all enjoy!

My brother used to work night-shift in the ICU and I remember that every full moon, his coworkers would freak out because they said that's when everything would go downhill and it would be a terrible night. It's been a few years and I still think about how they must feel during every full moon. 🤣

I heard something about full moons, though I'm not sure how accurate or true it is, but apparently during a full moon deliveries increase (like baby deliveries). If anyone knows if that's true or just a myth please let me know

Oh my gosh. These are awesome. Good collection!!!! Also glad to hear you reinforce how bachelor degree types don't matter a whole lot. I'm graduating soon with a degree in psychology. Then off to do pre-reqs and then the MCAT. Not ideal, but that's how things ended up. I'm sure it'll be worth it in the end. But gosh, it definitely feels like the long way around/wrong path. Omg I love my jogger style scrub pants! 😂 it’s SO TRUE! Mine are baggier than hers. Im petite and plus size so finding a fit like hers is a challenge but I have actually worn my scrub pants out with my friends immediately after work. I just switched to a casual crop top and put some cute sneakers on and BAM I feel Kim possible! Minus the gloves 🤷‍♀️ but it’s actually super cute and no one realizes they’re scrub bottoms until I tell them

People try to tell me I’m too old for the tok too I’m 37. What does that even mean? I love making videos and entertaining people. I do anesthesia for 50 hrs a week. What I don’t wanna do is even more work stuff when I get home I make positive videos and make people laugh. It’s how i decompress. Do whatever makes you happy and follow your passions in life 😁

Loved this! All true. Let me tell u. A few times giving myself deep IM injections in my thighs in begining I forgot cardinal rule of priming the syringe. Not only wrong, but once the air goes in. Its very hard and painful to get the plunger to push the med in. I don't have tic tok. So every so often u should show us some. That was 👍. NYC has been blessed with u🥰

I am a medical student from Jordan Here we study seven years before residency Then if you become a resident in a Jordanian hospital you get (zeeeerooo dollars 😢) for more than 100 hours work a weak , you may get 800 dollars a month if you were lucky in some hospitals . And if you were un lucky you may have to even pay for your residency! So yah we residents have no Salary and they do all the work . Adding to that hospital are very expensive and gain tons of money ... Man I can write a book about corruption in Jordan , .. So almost all student plan to get their residency abroad .
