Gaba helped me for a few yrs. Ashwagandha wiped me completely out. Vitamin d didn't help. Fish oil helped with mood. Magnesium helped me.

The past few months I’ve been taking magnesium glycinate one in the morning and one at night. It really helps me to stay calm and I’m less anxious throughout the day and I sleep really good at night. I sleep like a baby. 👍

This is a great overview on herbs and stressors! I tried ashwagandha for a few months back in 2021 due to stress from my job and the pandemic. And you’re right, it did work to calm me down, but maybe a bit too much? After the third month I started to feel…weird. Just really numb to anything all day. My motivation levels felt shot, I was really calm and stress free but not happy or enjoying myself. Made the decision to switch to Tongkat Ali on the advice of a friend and I’ve been super happy on it. Motivation levels are back, got my groove back in the bedroom, and I’m way more pumped to exercise again. Also, definitely right on the money with magnesium - combing it with Tongkat Ali has made my rest and sleep so much better.

OMG SAME! I felt so numb after a while, and stopped too. I am trying to find alternatives and haven't tried any Tongkat Ali supplements but research has showed me that the best ones to look out for are Standardized hot water root extract Tongkat Ali, is this true? where I can get some? and what brands do you recommend? Thanks!

hi, I am 38 years old and I suffer from essential tremor, not Parkinson’s. When I face an audience or face a problem, my body shakes and my hands tremble, and I find it difficult to speak. Is there a nutritional supplement that you recommend to treat my condition? Note that I went to a neurologist and he prescribed the anti-epileptic drug Primidone, and my condition improved, but it has negative effects, including constipation and sexual weakness.

I seriously thought I was having heart issues. A routine exam did not show any signs of heart disease. I take it as having heart anxiety which is scary to deal with when it happens. I did cut down on sugar intake which may have been a contributing factor. I am taking a multi vitamin supplement combined with a Omega 3 supplement. Are there other recommendations? Prescription medication has some unpleasant side effects.
