Where will we start?!
@justsuzy3213 сағат бұрын
@@Michael_Arnold🤷🏼♀️I do not have any good solutions for an answer to that question, but we have to start somewhere. Seems some huge chucks of grazing pasture lands would need to be taken back? Like who owns all the empty plains we see. And imagine the jobs it would create. I dream of a future world where this is reality.
@Michael_ArnoldСағат бұрын
@justsuzy321 I am thinking it needs some forestation as well. Ruminant animals, pigs and poultry need shelter and camouflage too. I might know of a site in the mountains in Portugal... though I doubt that Europe will be safe.

Very comforting that a doctor is doing research and collaborating what we are thinking ourselves. Thank you Dave and Joe. 8 months in and feeling great.

Joe is impressive. I have huge respect for doctors (retired or otherwise) who come out publicly with information that opposes the norm once they realise what they were taught was wrong. It's not a small step to take. I think most would not be brave enough to say "I could have given better advice."

As we can see even doctors need education as this humble doctor demonstrates. So any doctor's advice should be considered within your own gut instinct and your own research. Thank you Dave and Joe!

Dr. Joe is a very interesting guest Dave & I got goose bumps just listeneing to his awakening. They always say, we need our „why“ that makes us cry. Look how a little research can turn things around. All of these references he mentioned (doctors, scientists, researchers) are also my favs, always excited to hear the latest info. from them. And almost more impressive is your work Dave, hearing all of the other mortal human beings and their amazing experiences on low carb/ zero carb. Sugar, highly processed seed oils AND all of the chemicals added to „food“ with absolutely no restrictions through our so-called protective agencies, is just disgusting. All we need is pure, whole foods - regenerative farming, no additives, no chemicals. The economic effects would mean an improvement overall! We don‘t need these pharma companies, we don‘t need all of these sorts of business models designed to keep us trapped in this „disease-care“ system. Good job Dr. Joe and our prayers are with you for your continued health improvement. We‘re sure your family & friends are overjoyed 💞

Joe, here is a thought on how to consume the raw eggs. I've been trying different blends, this one is pretty good. I'd wanted to increase tallow consumption cleanly. So, here is what I do, take 4 eggs whip with a blender, melt 120g of tallow in a pan, then whip and poor slowly into the eggs so all fat is suspended. Then add a bit of creme or in my case kefir to taste. Then pour into glass and drink up! The fat is nicely suspended and does not stick to glass. So that is a little bit more than 1/2 a day's fat intake in a glass. Good till dinner!

My dad was a doctor. When I was a kid, I got to tag along to pharmaceutical dinners at the best restaurants in town, baseball games, etc. At some point in the evening they'd have a 15 minute slide presentation about the new drug. After a pitcher of beer and bushel of crabs or a bottle of wine and filet mignon, nobody knew or cared about anything they were saying.

Thank you Joe, interesting about your prostate cancer issues. My PSA has been elevated for quite a few years so far with no cancer. Has been as high as 17 Canadian values. I am a retired nurse and worked for some time in urology and have come to my conclusion that the PSA levels are a bit of a red herring.

A chronic sick population is one of the biggest economic burdens in the west and amounts to a miss allocation of capital of over 50% of the tax intake. The job loss conundrum in the health industry would be more than made up for by the tax savings or a redirection of the tax to something more productive. The problem is the corporate s have gamed the system and are controlling the governments.
@user-gf6nr4tt6l11 сағат бұрын
lets not stop there, get rid of the war industry too. can you imagine how well off we would be if we weren’t taxed to high heaven for these industries
@tallcedars2310Күн бұрын
Munch Munch sounds scary if you ask me. Additives can't be added if we raise our own meats, like we are meant to. Relying on corporations is the worst thing we can do. Best thing would be to start many small farms to supply those who are carnivore. Let those who want to buy from big corp, continue to buy from them.

I don´t think to much about the big pharma and big food people, yes some will loose there jobs they have to find something else to do. Think about how much money will be saved in health care costs when the population gets healthier. Think about all the suffering that´s gone away from people all over the world if the low carb living is implemented. We can´t let the big food and pharma hinder low carb from spreading, they had there moment.

Regards and huge RESPECT to Dr.Joe.... I am 25 years younger and can not run that far that fast! I can also vouch for the raw egg keeping you going into your 90's. Although I do not have the guts to do it myself, my late Uncle who passed away at 94 always had a raw egg on its own for breakfast. The only real conundrum is he washed it down with a can of cola and a Kit Kat!!! He did this every morning for as long as I can remember, and God forbid if anyone "nicked" his Kit Kat. There was one grumpy old man looking for his revenge. I miss him terribly.

Dr.Joe's logic of eating uncooked eggs to prevent them from being denatured is flawed. The stomach's acids and enzymes (pepsin, chymotrypsin) denatures and decomposes all proteins,regardless from raw eggs, boiled eggs, or fried eggs into mono,di and tri peptides.This is a must for it to be absorbed (that is why people with stomach acid that is not strong enough, cannot properly absorb food, the proteins are not broken down sufficiently for the intestine to absorb it). If no Salmonella concerns, then you eat all the raw eggs you want,but the benefit of that over cooked eggs is nil.

The Economy follows the market. Take care of the people, and the Economy will follow. I think it is a secondary thing. There are lots of markets that fail. POTS Telephone for example. Gone. Where are all the Colour TV repair buzinesses? Gone. The Mobile phone has collapsed so many products, another example.
