I’m 60 and been keto for six years. Started wearing a CGM as an experiment with the my keto group (2 physicians, I’m a nurse, and some science geeks) and I realized that I still have some solid work to do to make my metabolism healthier. Carnivore-ish for two weeks. Really to go full on carne.

Well, I don't think I can contribute it totally to carnivore, but I had a heart attack 2 or 3 months into it. Still trying to get diagnosis of why. I'm thinking I converted too quickly. I've read if there's vascular damage, one should take months to make the adjustment. I wish I had known

@@JeanLucConnery Yeah, that can be a very real problem for sure. Which is why it is recommended to add salt and drink more water in the beginning. This is something I think the carnivore community needs to take seriously.

They kill one off a piece at a time. Mine hit my legs feet with severe muscle nerve bloodflow damage.)...QUESTION: carnivore improved parts of EGPA, asthma/ sinusitus has improved so far. Any info re folks getting off their EGPA meds for GERD & EOSINOPHIL control?...thanks 🎉

3:11 I had exactly the same situation. About 3 years ago I tried to convince a friend to go carnivore to treat his Parkinson’s. Been 18 months in a home and passed away 3 days ago. Just couldn’t give up on the carbs. But I’m convinced the reason they don’t even give it a try is because the doctors tell them there is no cure so what’s the point in giving up the food I like.

Arthritis, lean, footballer. Trying to go carnivore to eliminate joint pain but failing every time. Rapid heart beat, sweating and sleep issues. Always ending up quitting due to fear and feeling shit. What should I do? Can you talk about carbs for high performance? I feel like I need milk for HIIT or better gym performance that being only on fat doesn't work, say 50g carbs from milk alone. I've only been carnivore for 3 months and fat is my main energy, but I can't seem to get as great of a performance in the gym as I did before.

@@hotdog5927 carnivore diet does not equal grass fed beef. It's any whole meat and fish you can get your hands on.
