So happy with cera pep and inzincable ❤ I am however having difficulty incorporating antioxidants into my skin care. There are so many different kinds… should skin of colour use copper peptides? Is buffet a good product from the ordinary? Or perhaps amino acid with B5? Or pycnogenol? And how about matrixyl? Hi Dr V. Lots of love to you 🥰 I have dry skin but at the same time I get period acne. Popping pimples or not, I always get red marks followed by brown spots. I am using Bodyshop aloe toner that you suggested along with facetheory 10% niacinamide AM, facetheory 15% azelaic acid PM, topped with CeraVe moisturing cream. I also use CeraVe foaming cleanser AM and PM. Does that sound good or should I change my routine? I do feel stretched dry skin in the mornings unsure if it’s the azelaic acid. Please suggest.

I do like the Trio Blemish..but i will say the bottles are too small( mainly the moisturizers & exfoliator(30ml/1.1fl.oz) they are basically travel size. & if you put it up to the light you realize that the bottle is not full, which i thought was weird giving that they are already small. i would love for them to up the size.

Hi Dr V, first I want to tell you how much I have started to take care of my skin after watching your videos. Thank you so much for your guidance. My question is how can I layer SKIN & LAB Vitamin C Brightening Serum with cosrx snail mucin in my morning routine. I have oily acne prone skin. i have started to use Paul’s choice 2% aha/bha for exfoliation to reduce sebaceous filament on my nose, but after I use it the next day I notice my skin is peeling and no matter how much I moisturize my skin it’s still shows up and looks bad. How can I take care of this?

Hi Dr. V. My moisture barrier got damaged a few weeks ago, so I decided to stop using all my acne products and just stick with the basics. I've only been using snail mucin, Cerave moisturising cream and vaseline on top at night. Since doing this, I haven't had a single acne spot, which is very surprising. Why do you think this is? Is this down to the simplicity of the routine or is slugging really that effective?
