0:17 that's Helen McCrory, she was most well known for playing Polly in Peaky Blinders but Harry Potter fans will know her as Narcissa Malfoy. She sadly passed away a couple of year ago.

With a few exceptions, Tennant wore the brown suit for future/modern day eps, and the blue suit for past episodes. For Smith, his bow tie was red for the future, blue for the past. But I’m curious, how does the time vortex color change for future/past episodes?

Of all the episodes I watched when I was first getting into the show, this is probably one of the ones I rewatched the most, because my sister enjoyed it. My opinion of it had gone down over the years but seeing this has made me appreciate it slightly more! Glad to see you’re enjoying the new era, especially since in the series opener you mentioned that a lot of the jokes weren’t landing and now to seem to be laughing quite often. Looking forward to the next reactions!

RIP Helen McCrory OBE (Rosanna Calvierri) really great with the character she is given here opposite Matt Smith, a fantastic actress in everything she did who died way too soon at 52 from breast cancer in 2021 💔

i've been waiting for this one ! i love how it's a story itself but (minor spoiler, but you probably noticed), there's a lot of foreshadowing. i liked that the vampires were explained to be aliens, because it means that in the DW universe, the tales of vampires have some truth to them. if they weren't aliens, they'd just be impossible & would just be a myth. it's the same thing they did in s3 with the witches. looking forward to seeing you react to the next 7 episodes, they're some of my favorites

This one just didn’t quite work for me. It was okay. Meh. I loved Rory. I like how the doctor is trying to help Rory and Amy as a couple. I also liked how he thought he could pass as Amy’s dad. He’s an old man in a young body. Now the next ep…that one I loved. Off to watch it now!
