This is something the story actually could've used. Some visual for the regeneration, or at the very least, what the regenerated form looked like. It's very hard to get an image in your head of what a new, unknown regeneration would look like without some visual aid. At least for me.

1:26 *HOLY CRAP* It's so raw & just interesting, I've not cared this much about doctor who since I last seen David Tennant pop back up threw the last regeneration & also that moment we all got to see the 8th dr get some well overdue extra screen time! And the animation & the somewhat simple art style while still being visually fantastic, absolutely FANTASTIC! 😁😎

@@alphyishere different person and since it it's been a month you probably aren't that fussed anymore/ may have already listened to it by now but... Spoilers The Pastor aka the Monk from the Hartnell era & other Big Finish stories, now known as the Nun, helps Sheldrake (Mark Gatiss on all the posters) develop time travel, however Sheldrake stole her TARDIS' temporal velocitar & exiled her to the Vortex, she escaped and returned to reclaim her stolen component, using a psychic shroud as a disguise & cloaking her TARDIS as a holy book. The Pastor stuns the Doctor rather than kills him & when the action cuts to Anya & Mark, the Nun kidnaps the Doctor & uses her psychic shroud to look like him & 'regenerates' into Gemma Whelan (the Nun's Voice actor)- in reality partially turning off the shroud, to convince Anya and Mark that she was the Doctor so they'd help her get it back. Ultimately at the end of the 2 parter (this being part 1's cliffhanger), the TennantB Doctor escapes (with as many regenerations as he had at the start of the story) the Nuns TARDIS & the Nun gets her velocitar back & flees in her TARDIS

@Harveyc_05 Harveyc_05 idk how it works but the monk (now the nun) basically used a perception filter to make herself look like the tenth doctor and complete with fake regen effects, pretended to be a new incarnation of the doctor.
