And then you go with the hardest options for both the Daleks and the Cybermen. For a Dalek just take a hat with you, throw it over it's eye and it'll probably blow itself up. I believe one could feasibly defeat a singular dalek with a long, sharp knife and good reaction time. Simply walk behind the dalek's eyestalk, keeping your footsteps as quiet as possible, then quickly cut off the eyestalk. Although daleks do react to being blinded by randomly spinning and firing their weapon, one could also cut that off with quick reaction time, too. (Assuming it isn't one of the New Year's daleks that 13 fought, i.e. the ones with rapid fire lasers.)

I guess it depends on the kind of Dalek. Earlier generations of Dalek could be defeated by grabbing them from behind or blinding them. Davros kept upgrading them when a flaw became apparent. Trying to withhold information will just cause them to brain suck you. Daleks need to realize they need you without you telling them that. Or appeal to their definition of beauty and mercy as twisted as it is.

Daleks it depends... But 60s ones are comically easy, and you can straight up freeze even the most advance ones. So just grab a container of liquid nigrogen and you defeated a Dalek! Then BLOW IT UP WITH A ROCKET LANCHER. (A baseball bat also works)
