I heard this and really wanted to use it as the intro theme for a youtube series based on Doctor who where this guy has a psychic brother thats somehow making a bunch of things from their childhood manifest, like Doctor Who episodes and such. I think it fits perfectly as an alternate, a little more intense version of the normal theme and I believe it would go well with the opening sequence. Anyway, would I be allowed to use this track for it? I'll give you credit at the end of the intro and a link in the comments/description of course

Sounds like a great idea you've got there but unfortunately this theme was a commission so its really down to Dark Reality if they want to let others use it. You might want to ask them, but I wouldn't get your hopes up as they are still making content.

You should see if Neon Visual can get you a good Intro Sequence. He's Very good at them

NeonVisual has worked with hardwire in the past. Most of Neon's doctor who intros use hardwire's themes. Neon even commented on this vid.
