Doctor Who: Destiny of The Daleks Trailer

Destiny of The Daleks the opener to season 17 & quite possibly the most dull Dalek story of the 1970's. Now I present this classic Fourth Doctor episode transformed into a modern pulse pounding, grippingly suspenseful action adventure.
The Doctor & his newly regenerated companion Romana have arrived on SKARO, the planet of the Daleks, but they are not alone. The Daleks have also returned to their home in an effort to win the war against the robotic Movellans by freeing their creator Davros from his entombment.

@@hopebgood I'm glad you enjoyed my fan trailer.😁 I thought I'd try and make it feel a bit more epic because it's definitely a dull Dalek story and drags a lot in parts. It was going to be hard to follow up with the superb quality of genesis of the Daleks. The 1 issue I have with destiny is that the story treats the Daleks as robots. 🤖 My preferred way of watching the story is the Blu-ray version with the Davros voice modulation. 😄

@@thewhoview the Cybermen also get the 'robot' treatment in certain stories. How do they forget there is living tissue inside both Daleks and Cybermen?

@@thewhoview I interpret the choice of words to mean that at this stage of their history the Daleks rely so much on their computers now that they're practically robots. It ties in with the theme of their battle computer being impotent against another impotent battle computer. As you can tell, I have a soft spot for Destiny o/t Daleks
