This is so much better than the actual sequence, but there is something very unholy about putting the title card before the actor’s names.

Me too. There's a reason why the Doctor Who logo appears after the actors' names, it's the implied "in" as in "Actor X and Actor Y in Doctor Who". As it is it doesn't make sense.

@@nikohatbot except starring doesn't flow as well as in. Hence why when they opt to do that in movies or shows, literally use the word "starring". Again, these things are not thrown at random.

Eh I think I prefer the original title sequence for me the logo in this comes in a bit weird and the tardis flying looks a bit off. The only think I would change about the title sequence is the way the logo comes in.
