Sural nerve is not a branch of common peroneal.. Its a branch of tibial

Thanks alot Dr. You describe very well. Just a question. I have made surgery för 5 weeks in the knee anf the Dr said that they saw peroneal nerv and they did nothing there. Now after one weeks of release gips ( i got för 4 weeks) and now i get footdropp but i have sensation on my foot and between the big toe and the second toe and the others also but no motorisk. The Dr said that it needs som time for the peroneal to work again. What du you think Dr???

I think my L5 is pitching this server, my right glutes get numb or hurt and my right under the foot muscle feels inflammation and sore and so my two toes.
