As a person who goes ice swimming very often during winter in finland, I actually got pretty worried about steve-o when he jumped in the cold water because if you jump into ice cold water and your head gets submerged, our body has a cold response where you open your mouth automatically opens and that can be very dangerous, that's usually how alot of people die from ice swimming Greetings from finland

I've broken my elbow and had my collar bone disconnect on the shoulder, plus broke the growth plate in that area. It was happened when I was 8, just a kid on monkey bars. Shattered my elbow and it was so bad that I thought I was going to lose my arm which freaked me the hell out. But the surgeons and other specialists did a damn fine job, it ended up with a permanent pin in my larger bone in the forearm to be an anchor for the 3 titanium pins to keep my elbow all together. It took over a year to heal. I'm 26 now and the end result is my left arm has permanent nerve damage and decreased strength in my left arm. Let this be a valuable lesson for everyone! Love your content Dr. Wagner!
