57 year old male. Started sprinting this morning. Of course it is raining but I told myself I would start so I got a little wet. Feels great.

Golden nugget of information 32:56 38:42 surely cycling flat out on a stationary bike would be the next best thing and no doubt would be kinder on the knee joints for the older individual. 35:40 Sean mentions that the youth have a flat stomach, on that statement I would disagree. From my school days very few had that FLAT stomach, which is kinda shocking knowing what could be happening underneath. 37:58 so true... You can't out run a bad diet, even if you sprint hard. Thank you for uploading and sharing.

He says that cycling, rowing, etc. All can be used in lieu of sprinting. I use my concept 2 rower. It's a matter of going all out.

This is why I always pick the Health Savings Account plans. I pay out of pocket (out of my savings) and if I remember will submit to the insurance co, (just incase any is actually covered). I purchase the medical care I want...I saved a bit of cash in that account. Massage, acupuncture, Chinese medical and eventually Dr. Sean!!🎉❤🎉❤

As a native omaha woman who can't get an appointment with Dr Seeman because she's so sought after, I'm surprised there aren't more views here.

Recently brought SPRINTING and solid interval training back in to my fitness routine as opposed to my steady state aerobic cardio….that plus carnivore diet, goooood things happening🤩

I totally agree about the insurance thing. People look at me cross-eyed when I tell them you should be spending $5,000 a year minimum out of pocket on your health
