Special Guest ‪@KenDBerryMD‬ and Dr. Robert Kiltz discuss the proper diet to heal and fuel female reproductive health.
Dr. Robert Kiltz, MD is a dual board certified fertility doctor and the founder and director of @CNY Fertility - a innovative fertility clinic that offers state of the art fertility care like IVF, Egg Freezing, and Donor Eggs for 1/3 the cost of the national average. Through 3 decades of fertility care experience, Dr. Kiltz learned that diet was ultimately the number one leading cause of infertility and many other diseases and that through an animal based keto/carnivore diet, we could radically change fertility and disease outcomes with or without the intervention of modern medicine.

I started last Sunday. July 23. 2023. I’m 392.4 when I started. So far in 6 days, all of my body pain has stopped !! My high blood pressure has reversed and is now in a normal range. The first week !! I’m blown away. My career was destroyed from my weight gain and a genetic disorder. Now I have hope again. I will keep going.

Thanks for this! Immersing myself in videos on this topic keeps my reasons for eating this way in the forefront of my brain. I am so so grateful for having found this way of eating and for the health benefits it's given me...and I'm so grateful for those online who have shared their knowledge and experience!

I have been given the lovely title of having fibro, RA, chronic fatigue and celiac disease. I take supplements every day that helps control it so I don’t have to take meds but I want to cure it! Since starting keto, I feel even better, I’ve lost 31lbs and 10 of that since going Carnivore. I have learned what foods make men feel horrid and hurt. So I now know what foods are causing my inflammation.

It was great to meet you in NJ, and I wish I could have talked with you much longer. There were just so many people to talk to in only a few hours! I was there with my daughter and her 8-month-old, if you remember us. My daughter did NOT want to discuss improving her fertility! Now I've been binge-watching your videos, especially the great interviews, and sharing them with my daughter. I'm curious if you have any knowledge of colon polyps. I've had three colonoscopies, with abundant proof that I'm growing polyps which have the possibility of becoming cancerous. I've been eating carnivore for 2.5 years, but still developing these polyps. Recently I started following the ketogenic program recommended by Dr. Annette Bosworth, which is much higher fat than I had previously been eating. I started testing glucose ketone index and discovered I had not been reaching ketosis. I have a high insulin response to protein. My questions are, (after all this preamble) if you have come across research on ketogenic effect on colon polyps, and if so who is doing it? Have a great day!

That was me too… I added psyllium every afternoon with water …..tasted terrible so I have to add one ounce of cranberry juice to make it doable. Works like a charm and my 10+ visits to the bathroom ended. The stool is actually formed!!!! YAY!!

Dr Amen has done scans on ADHD brains and has proven they are different from a non ADHD brain. My son is ADHD and was so hard to raise. He was definitely different from my first son. I put him on the Feingold diet and it helped him a lot! He also took a natural supplement called Pedi Active ADD. It has to build up in your system over about 3- 4 months so I told him to not tell his Teacher. In about 4 months he’s teacher asked him what was different because she could tell an difference in him. lol

My thoughts because my son had this also are can the diet fix that. My son was horrible before I put him on a high protein low sugar way of eating. People asked me as well what I had done and it was his diet. Now I don’t know if I had done a before and after scan of his brain if there would have been a difference but he acted like a normal kid when I fed him protein first and Cut the processed foods down by a minimum

i have an issue with the water thing because some people work outside in the heat and are sweating all day or the people that do all day outdoor activities. So I’m assuming one would add minerals to there water if this was their case. Not everything can be so simple

Enjoyed the presentation!! Many thanks!! Should us carnivores be eating some fruit for electrolytes?
@Kitimaniac
@Kitimaniac 2 жыл бұрын
You'll get most of the electrolytes you need from meat, especially if you include organ meat weekly. Salt is the one electrolyte that it's good to add, I use at least 2 tsp of good quality salt (Redmond's or any sea salt) per day. Fruit doesn't really have much for electrolytes, it has loads of carbs tho! If looking for potassium an avocado would be a much better choice than a banana as it has much more potassium! I just take magnesium and potassium supplements, because I'm prone to leg cramps, but lots of carnivores seem to do well just on meat and organs!.
