The "miracle broth" is nothing but sea kelp, vitamins and minerals, citrus oil, eucalyptus, sunflower, wheat germ, and alfalfa, all of which are fermented together. At least one spa worker said you can just use nivea and add something like a glycolic toner instead of buying la mer.

Holy cow, guys. Thank you SO MUCH for being the first KZbin derms to not only recognize those of us with fragrance allergies, but also how fragrant ingredients like limonene, lemon peels, orange, lime, grapefruit, linalool, etc. also can be very sensitizing! At 20, I developed severe contact dermatitis with allergies to fragrance, citrus, peppermint, cinnamon, and lanolin, and BOY was it hard. So many derms forgot and would tell me to buy aquaphor products (often had lanolin in it that I was allergic to) so stopped trusting derms. I started researching myself and watching skincare experts online to study ingredients and build my own “safe” database because my own doctors weren’t helpful. Thank you for boosting my faith in derms again!

I used to apply tons of high end skincare and recently had some injury so all I applied was a basic moisturiser because i was all lazy, this not just made my skin all clear of acne but also fresh looking. I think we tend to make our skin overeat.
