I have a tendency to feel really stressed for no good reason, to a point where my mind seemingly wanders to find something to stress about. I've tried CBD and the difference is absolutely astonishing. The stress just seems gone and when it does come back, it's on a level that is entirely managable. I've always been afraid of using medication to treat this, because benzos are scary, but I'm equal parts surprised and happy that something plant based can be this effective.
@mcozy3333 жыл бұрын
look into whole peppercorns to reduce anxieties as well ... in fact beta caryophylllene in there may work better than CBD for you or work in conjunction with the CBD ... both of those compounds ( CBD/ BCP) metabolize into cb2 ... BCP selectivity does so while CBD is non selective . you can find Varietals of CBD-a cannabis plant too with lots of beta carophyllene as the base monoterpene . for the pepercorn just chew on one or two to have that effect of calm .... any time of day or night etc... BCP acts on TRPV1 as well

A doctor prescribed me methadone for 2-3 years. I went there every single morning to get my dose. In December 2018, my friend gave me a dropper of Thoughtcloud CBD (3600 mg/60 mL) under my tongue, and to my surprise, after four days without my methadone dose, I felt completely fine. No withdrawal symptoms. After the fourth day, I started feeling withdrawal symptoms. So I got my own CBD and detoxed myself from the methadone at home. It took about three weeks until my body was back into normal health. CBD is a miracle and it changed my life! It also helped relieve my kitten's seizures.

Hi Debra, just read your message about getting off Methadone. Fantastic. I've been on low dose Methadone for approximately 30 years for physical pain. Only helps slightly for about 2 hrs.. But if your doing 3600 mg. per day, how on earth can you afford it? I'm seeing 25 mg. for roughly $60.00 for a small eye dropper bottle. Might last 5 days. That's insane. @daniellepalmerholisticesth11344 жыл бұрын
@@zombiekiller1404 firstly, has a Dr seen you about random pain? just want to make sure you've ruled out any heart problems. I am assuming you have and a Dr can not help you with it, because it's muscular or a muscle wrapping around a nerve and causing what I call "zingers." Please correct me if I'm wrong. Sometimes, when you're extremely depressed, it will manifest as random body pain. I'm not saying this type of pain is not real. There are medical studies on this phenomenon. I am personally dubious, but anything is possible. CBD has helped so much with my anxiety and depression, that I'm on a mission to help others. I feel as though I have my life back and am a bit miffed that the medical community has been denied a way to help people suffering as I have my entire life. (I remember being told to '''cheer up" as a small child or "wipe that look off my face" - it was the 70's - my parents didn't know better) I'm not allowed to say it will help you, but I am allowed to tell you that elevated mood and less anxiety are two of the top things people say improve when taking a quality CBD. There is a ton of anecdotal evidence and several medical studies done on anxiety, but I haven't seen much documentation about depression, although I have a lot of testimonials about it. Mood elevation is as far as I'm allowed to go. I can also tell you that there is evidence that CBD is effective at decreasing the body's inflammation response. Inflammation is our body's way of saying, "Hey, there's something wrong here," but chronic inflammation is the body stuck in that cycle, which is why a one-time cortisone shot works for some people. I have had an extreme decrease in inflammation. My left knee cap has made an appearance after being hidden by inflammation for over 10 years. As far as dosage, different products are more potent than others, because of the strain of hemp used. The most important thing is that the product is 3rd party tested, because of the fact a lot of companies are misleading consumers and it is the only way to know that what is on the label is in the bottle. I started with 750 mg bottle, which has 30 servings, so that works out to 25 mg per serving. I did not take the full dose my first time. I would recommend that anything you try, you should take a 1/2 dose to see how it affects you. Generally, the only side effect would be extreme relaxation, but is Anxiety is in the mix, the burst of energy some people have may trigger at first. Your CB-1 and CB-2 receptors may not have been fed in a while and your body may take a few days to get used to it. I took of Facebook video of my experience and I got giddy after my first dose. It only lasted a couple of minutes and my body got used to it after a week. Some people do not have an immediate response and it takes 2 weeks to "dust off" their CB-receptors. Getting back to your question, since you have conditions you'd like improved with CBD, I'd try the 750 over a 500 mg, but I would start slowly and increase until you find what works for you. I tell my clients, "we are all one big chemistry set." meaning all of our bodies are different and what works for one person may not be the best thing for another. I hope this helps. If you'd like to see my video, it's on April 5th of this year. You can search unboxing on my profile. It's a terrible video. One of my first, and I'm always pretty raw, so please be kind. My profile pic is the same on all platforms. Take care. I truly hope you find relief in whatever you decide.

Last month I tried CBD oil and the next day, a "power switch" suddenly went on giving me a miraculous relief from aggressive fatigue, droopy eyes, numb pain in my right hand. All gone thanks to CBD oil 🙏

Watch Chrissy Harless on youtube...she has 2 channels so make sure you're on the Canna Boxes and Hemp channel. She reviews marijuana subscription boxes, but she includes boxes that are just CBD products, i.e. CBD Flower Crate, Cure Crate and Budzy Box. She has researched the brands and tested the products. She provides a lot of information -- enough to get you started researching or trying a few things to determine if they're what you're looking for. You may want to watch her video on Delta 8. too. Delta 9 is what we all know as marijuana/pot, but Delta 8 affects different receptors in our bodies, gives a little of the elevated feeling (not stoned) and helps with anxiety and depression and pain, too. Hope this helps. Smiles!

@@Rosie49758 Using the 1500 before bed should be fine for you. I use that dosage, as well as many others. That said, I recommend starting at a lower dose, if in an hour you're not sleeping, then take the other half. Although you can't overdose, you just never know how anything, natural or pharmaceutical, will react with your unique body chemistry. As your body has been starved of this nutrient, it sometimes takes 2 weeks to "dust off" your CB receptors. That said, all CBD is not created equal. The most important thing is that it has been 3rd party tested, as hemp will absorb anything in the soil, including heavy metals.

So basically, Hemp is the male marijuana plant,and Cannabis is the female plant that has THC and the good CBD oils ? I know Hemp has no more than .4 THC and the CBD oils are different. This seems to be what everyone is selling in gas stations and on line from Hemp, which if you ask me, people are getting rich off this stuff, more than it helps. It's the female plant with the flowers/buds is what really has the right CBD oils people want. While THC may get you high, it is a very important healing medicine for people with cancer,Parkinson disease, and seizures.

It's important you find a doctor that you trust and develop a long term history. Medical treatment is going through an ugly transition for many reasons. It's more important now to have a Doctor that knows u, that's proactive vs a reactive doctor that treats an illness that could have been avoided. If you think this is bad now give it another 10 years. The one thing Covid proved to me is that only you or a family member can be your patient advocate. Too many elderly are dieing every day from sub par treatment in hospitals and nursing facilities. Also get the best insurance you can afford. It's becoming more of an issue every year for those who are under insured.
@Rebelwellnesslmt7 ай бұрын
I'm with you on that trust a doc comment but not all doctors are like the dirty politicians. You can find a few who are willing to stand up for their patients, to those CEO's who truly make the decisions on tx..rare, yes. There are medical pros leaving practice and starting their own. There is a time and place for a doc. CBD/THC will not fix appendicitis. But a doc will not fix ptsd or anxiety by pushing pills either. Ask questions. Self advocate. No one has a PHD in YOU. You live in your body, they don't. Thyroid cancer warrior here. I've butted heads with several doctors. Still do but like I said, I'm the one living in MY BODY.

Was the cause for the stiffness investigated so you were able to show that there was a direct correlation between the stiffness and CBD? Why would tylenol have an effect on stiffness of the neck?

@@michaelanderson4849 tylenol (Acetaminophen), advil, motrin, aspirin and other otc's are for pain. They did nothing to help me. The hot-rub-in products also did not do anything to help my pain. @@georgemoore2226 That's exactly my point. You took a type of painkillers which are effective under specific circumstances. What made you think they would have any effect in your case? Since you clearly didn't know what was the direct physiological cause for the pain, you can't with such certainty say that it was the CBD administration that fixed it.
@georgemoore22263 жыл бұрын
@@michaelanderson4849 correct. No certainty. My neck hurt badly. Sleeping in awkward position immediately preceded the onset. Nothing helped. I was a disbeliever about CBD. It worked for me. @michaelanderson48493 жыл бұрын
@@georgemoore2226 The physiological cause is unrelated to the anatomical name of a specific muscle. What I meant was that you had no idea if it was, for example, nerve damage, tendon damage or fascia damage that caused the pain. Some tissues take a quite some time to heal and others are very fast. So taking a NSAID when there is nothing to gain from it is a waste of drug and money. Sure you could have had a placebo effect from the CBD.
