Thank for your lecture. My wife suffering this TN facial pain for the post one year. Now she is taking Tapefree ER 50mg twice in day and Gabantip AT 300 mg at night. Pain some time reduces and this winter season is horrible ( frequent pain, that to during night hrs ). Out Dr suggesting to have Glyceorl Rezytomea - injection and spray Glycerol on the Ganglion. Pls advice to proceed, How effective this Glycerol injection or any other best minimum invasive treatment is there. Pls ... I am from Chennai / India. Pls reply...

Mr. Ravindran I am a TN patient for the last 12 years. I am 68 and live in Bangalore where it is cold now. I am on Gabapentin 300 +450 mg . My neurologist suggested 50 mg Lacosam. I am also undergoing acupuncture once a week. I am able to work and do normal activities. Avoid driving or such activities.
