Hi Dr. Raga! Love your videos! I was wondering if you had a list or resources for the acronyms/flashcards you made? Or are they mostly from the First Aid book? Thanks! :)

Hi Dr. Raga. I took the exam on March 10 in Philadelphia and I'm really stressed out about this long waiting time until the results. I think I did very good, but who knows... I missed just one very important physical exam maneuver, but other than that I did not run out of time in any case and didnt forget to ask the relevant stuff from the blue sheet. I even feel that 4 cases went perfect. I did counseling and everything and my patient notes were complete. Could you share your experience and how well did it go for you after you got your results, compared to what you think you were wrong? What do you think takes to really fail this exam? What level of English do the sps expect as a minimum? And finally, what do you recommend to relax during this waiting period? I'm trying to start for steo 2 ck but the cs just keeps coming to my mind.

Hi Dr Raga, I'm an international medical student.and I have still 3 years to go.(there are 7 years of medical school in my country).I was wondering if it is possible for me to take USMLE exams right now.I mean wouldn't it be necessary to be graduated to take the exams? and for how long the results would be of credit. best regards

Well if you don't mind doing the exam in any of the available states, then i would say that you should schedule your exam atleast 2.5 to 3 months ahead so that you get the exact date that you desire!

Hello! I’m a final year student from India. I’m planning to give CS before CK and step 1. I’d like to know if that will affect my CS exam? Also, is there any other study material which is required other than First Aid? Thanks!

hai raga.. did you did any research or any other stuff in your med school . which benefited u in interviews...
@DoctorRaga8 жыл бұрын
Yes I did do research during my internship year! It does strengthen your application for residency! However, some specialties consider research experience more important than other specialties!

Hey Raga..thanks for the vdo..i would like to know does taking CS exam prior to CK make any difference?please share your opinion :)
@DoctorRaga8 жыл бұрын
Hello! Not really, I did not find any major connection between the Step2 CK and Step2 CS. So i don't think the order in which you take these 2 exams makes a difference.

Hello! It is DEFINITELY possible to not just pass the USMLEs but also ace them if you put in the right amount of time and effort! So don't let anyone make you believe otherwise! ;)
