How did the doctor not mention that not taking your full course of antibiotics promotes antibiotic resistant bacteria? This is a MASSIVE problem. MRSA and VRSA infections are becoming more common and can be fatal.

I'm at risk of having MRSA... Have had 2 cases of cellulitis already and I've had doctors prescribe me antibiotics FOR the cellulitis (which helped), but at the same time it also affected my microbiome.

So many of them stop taking the antibiotics before they finish the course! I'm shocked! That's so dangerous and selfish because it will develop antibiotic resistance which then makes the drug useless to them and everyone it consequently infects. They really shouldn't have been laughing about that. And the fact the doctors didn't mention it is appalling!

I screamed at the contact lenses part. I'm so paranoid about cleanliness and contacts, because I am TERRIFIED or having a serious eye infection. I've heard of people getting a horrible parasite in the eye because one drop of tap water fell into the contacts case * shudders * This is why I use disposable contacts only. Less risks.
