Crush injuries sustained to the abdomen area generally do not result in a positive outcome for the patient. RIP Singapore Son ❤️

The Singapore military service have to make a review check on every step they gives are safe enough for those boys or men that is serving the nation. Because these man are just training. And is not really up on war. They have to be focus and changes the way they train. Or put them in a safe place. So much innocent young lives had gone just to do their reservists and serve the nation . To be honest is not worth... I wish the government shud make these incident as last. And make sure the the men safety at all cost. And now we lost one young live due to doing his reservists. I hope the government have to give a consistent check. For him rip is really such a waste the lost a live like that. Money can’t even resolve anything.

Thos innocent NS men ; 🇸🇬Sons" had pass on since then.. now again latest sad news another person from army.. 😤😢. Thos NS men unfortunately no longer with their loved ones anymore.. that something already happened to the innocent or even been sabotage by their "So-called superiors" Then the head of NSmen of 🇸🇬Army bring it out to talk about, review or even arrange for conference meeting and so on. What's the point? What caused the things happen to thos innocent which not supposed to pass on and left their loved ones behind? 👉FIRST OF ALL, BEFORE ANY TASKs TO BE DONE ; WHY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE SAFETY MEASURE❓❓❓❓❓❓❓ 👉"CAUTION COMES TOP PRIORITY‼️" ISN'T IT⁉️ WHAT HAPPENED & WHY TURNs OUT TO BE THE INNOCENT UNFORTUNATELY GONE OFF JUZ LIKE THAT WHICH IS NOT SUPPOSE TO BE? WHY❓❓❓

I get that y’all are mad at them but we cant blame the doctors. They only can help you live longer they cant help you live forever cause they’re humans too. He was crushed not hit by anything so it must have been very severe. It’s really sad.. They should have been more careful! This incident was something that could have been stopped but just like that just because of carelessness his parents lost a son. Really sad

Usually for such severe injuries, they have to be transported for surgery immediately. From what I understood in WW2, the injured did not have helicopter evacuation or medivac resulting in many men dying of wounds at the site of battle or at triage centers. In the case of WW2, such injuries would have been deemed too far gone to save. In the Vietnam war, the US had a marked improvement in survival rates due to the quick evacuation of wounded in the battlefield with army/marine medical hospitals with all the medical and surgical expertise needed to treat major trauma or wounds from firearms, grenades, artillery booby traps etc..... This quick evacuation of wounded along with more advanced care, deaths were greatly lowered. Perhaps in such severe circumstances, what should have been done is to get these professional medivac helicopters from the Trauma center flown to the site of the accident. That may have given the soldier a higher chance of survival if surgery can be performed within 2 hours or even better within that hour. I am wondering how prepared is the military in such scenarios as these are very similar to battlefield operation scenarios. I know the incident is extremely unfortunate and should never had occured but imagine in a battlefield, are we really going to evacuate severely wounded soldiers with a timing of 3 hours ++++. I know the military has high standards for IPPT, marksmenship, SOC, in live firing, in exercises for deployments, tactical maneuvers in large or small formations. But medical support wise are they up to speed. Only they can answer for themselves on truly how prepared they are.

@teerificbitch
@teerificbitch 6 жыл бұрын
Actually, all the past deaths were heavily reported in the media. And all faced independent investigations. There's something called Google you know.... I happened to be in one of the exercises a couple years back, when i was in OCS, and 2 officers-in-training suffered heat stroke in Tekong and were helivaced. They were not even from my wing. The entire OCS was then on lock down and all exercises shut down for review and scrutinisation over a period of time. The colonels came out to speak, and you do not hear a shred of dishonesty. They said it like it was. And there was no gag order either. And it was on the news soon after too. I also was an acquaintance of Dominic, the guy who passed away after suffering from Asthma during the tear gas exercise. Didn't that get a lot of media attention? None of these get away. So i've no idea why you are making such assumptions. I like to tell others that the safety procedures can only go so far to prevent things. But accidents or judgment errors do happen. The former happens more often than the latter. Although this Aloysius one was clearly an avoidable accident.

When accident happens the public is always quick to point fingers at SAF. Yes, an NSMen died while training under the command of SAF but you can't entirely blame the organisation. Doing so is like blaming the walkway when you fall, blaming the tree when you get hit by falling branches. Everything in the army carry risks and safety protocols, SOPs and what not have already been put in place, what the public fail to realize is that safety is also an individual responsibility. So, it's unfair to only blame SAF for it. PS. I'm also an NSF waiting for ord, this is me giving my 2 cents

Although you fail at explaining metaphors, I can see your point. However, this case is actually suspicious, the explanations from the top and the actual accident do not telly very well. Understandably investigations are underway, but the scenario given provides safety protocols and a high chance of individual awareness which has a low chance of major injuries or even fatal ones.

How much saline was given at the time of accident? What time was IV initiated after the incident? What medical protocol was given during incident? What is the name of medics and MO on-site? Could you interview them one-by-one to make sure the statement fits one another? Were the medics certified and passed their medical tests? How long did it took for heli-vac? Who were the eyewitness for the accident? Are there any cover-ups? I.e. Other 3SG ranks and CFC, CPL , LCP ranks personnels nearby the incident? Could you get a list of their name and contact number for a statement? Also, for those list of names and contact number, could you probe further whether they are hiding something? How are the attitudes of the on-site medics? How are the attitudes of the on-site MO? Are they arrogant? Are they ready for treatment? Or are they sleeping while the medics were on a lookout? Was morphine given during on-site treatment or was it locked up in storage box? Or was morphine even brought to NZ? What medicine was administered during hospitalization ? and what time was each medicine administered? What route of medicine was administered? What's the reason for each medicine administered? What's the preliminary diagnosis for Aloysius? Please provide image of his crush injury. Are there any insurance payout? If so, what are they? What's the potential insurance payout? Why did Aloysius's condition take a turn for the worse when the family arrived? What was the conversation between aloysius and his mum? Are there any CCTV Footage that shows people entering and leaving Aloysius' ward? Were there CCTV footage IN the ward? Again, Was something done to Aloysius and how BIG is the insurance payout? (This is worth an investigation)

young man exactly, it is compulsory. It was not his decision to join the army and take the risk, but rather the risk was forced upon him. That being said, we still do not know if it is the fault of saf or the victim himself. However, any life lost in this situation is still a very bad thing.
