Swim. I’m 55, had 10 screws put in my back after breaking my back catching a patient from hitting the floor. I had to accept my body a mess, I was playing softball at 45 with all these screws in my back put in 30 years ago. It will be alright! Healing to you!

I think you’ve reached that point, and continuing might risk overshadowing the work you've done in the past. it's about acknowledging the right moment to transition into a new phase of life where you can relax, enjoy the fruits of your labor.
