Her Master/Missy act is just spot on. As Jenna says - you wan to laugh with her, and then there she is coming you with the knife...She is psychopath (sitting at the coffee with Clara was pure example how her mind works...she isn't there for anyone else than Doctor. Earth can burn thousand times if it has to). She is not sociopath, well, at least not to everyone. She clearly is very Doctor centered (same as Grimm's Master) and everything nasty she does is wanting Doctor for herself/himself.

It would be funny if Missy became the Doctor's new companion. It's ends up as like a galactic punishment for Missy where she is forced to travel with the Doctor and it's also Punishment for him because they (whoever does the sentencing) see it as he lets her get away with doing terrible things and he cleans up after her

Missy Missy you so fine you blow my mind. I just love your dance. You my dear are the greatest Master. For the first time since the beginning of Doctor Who (way back when), I love the master. Yes, Michelle Gomes has topped them all, in my book. She is so evil, of course, but her character as developed by M Gomes has an awesome personality that begs for more of her. So fine how she "toyed" with Clara like a cat playing and interacting with a mouse or bird before she kills it. Such an intelligent quick witted Missy. She is really Peter Capaldi's equal. Just as the Doctor and the Master are to each other. They should never be separated. I am looking forward to all the T-shirts with Missy in her Mary Poppin's attire (fabulous idea by the way) and her quick witted insightful one liners on them. If I do not see them soon, I will make my own! It took me awhile to get accustomed to the new companion, Clara. I understand her role a bit more now. Loved seeing her in the Dalek as that former episode was one of my favorites. Such a spunky determined girl.

I think Missy is Clara's great grandmother. Clara's (1/2 Timelord) mum died young because she hadn't mutated enough to live without two hearts while Clara (1/4 Timelord) now has sufficient human DNA to cope. It is why both the Doctor and Missy are teaching Clara 'The Way of The Timelord' in their own ways. Well, it's a theory anyway.

+John Brooks It might be that Clara's mom's story line pops up at the end of her run..there were some mystery around her words about her being always around for her. It would be nice way to wrap it up. Also why Missy choose her. She has flaws - she is control freak - but can Clara turn evil? I doubt that. I think she done so for more complex reasons, only seen to Time Lady as herself.

I want to see a female incarnation of the Doctor. That would be awesome, we've never seen that before. Or maybe one of the Doctor's incarnation was female but it's an incarnation he doesn't talk about, like the War Doctor. O.o

All the incarnations of the Doctor's original regeneration cycle have been accounted for, so it couldn't be any of them, and he's only on the first regeneration of his current cycle. It would either have to be a future regeneration, or a version of the Doctor created by some means unrelated to regeneration.

Missy is easily the worst character that Moffats created. Meant to be the master but is just there for cheap laughs and is nothing like the sinister killer the true master is.

+manzilla48 Sinister Killer? Master's intentions has changed over time. You can easily explain it away with regenerations, and story changes Master has gone trough. She is very cruel. She stole every scene not because she is just funny, because she clearly encompasses two sides of Master - one new side, which is playful old lady, and another side which is still very Master itself. She works because Michelle just brings down the house to mix those two together with explosive results.

Pēteris Krišjānis no she sums up everything wrong with Moffat's vision for the show. She has devalued the master's character into an annoying joke more their for comic relief then story purposes. If I had pitched to you an episode with Davros, the daleks and the master back in the RTD era then you'd probably be excited. But its just underwhelming and poor now.
