Documents detail new evidence against Virginia Beach pastor John Blanchard

Newly obtained documents are shedding light on the new evidence against a Virginia Beach Rock Church pastor. Chesterfield County's top prosecutor recently said her office received a tip that could re-open the case against John Blanchard. Police arrested him in an undercover prostitution sting, but prosecutors set aside the charges last year.
