Love your vlogs mate, greetings from down under. The meat box reissue is the best pedal I own, it's a limited run too due to the availability of the Samsung chip they use. It does split signal with a Y cable too. I have a lot of fun blending the meat box (octave full, full sub and low at 9 o'clock) with boss oc2 (sub 1 cranked and everything else off) into a boss line selector. Such a full yet subby sound it's absurd.

From the DIGITECH website "WARNING! The Meatbox is capable of producing a large amount of low frequency signal. The Meatbox has the potential to damage speakers if not kept to a reasonable level. Start with the Sub and Octave all the way counter-clockwise, and the Level and Low at noon. As you increase the amount of Sub and/or Octave watch the clipping indicators at all gain-stages on your pre-amps and amplifiers. If you see or hear clipping at any stage, back off the levels until clipping is eliminated, and do not increase the level any further. We are not responsible for any damage to your speakers from the use of the Meatbox.

Where do you typically put the meatbox in the signal chain for synth style playing? Is it next to the oc2 or further down the chain?

My Ditto X2 is pretty moody as well. Not only will it stop when trying to loop or reverse, but will sometimes start jumbling around the different layers. Typically love it as well as TC Electronic in general though.

Just go to reverb and order one. You can get the OG for 400 or the reissue for 200. They're not hard to get ahold of.
