THANKYOU DAVID for taking the time to do this video you saved me 600 bucks and ironically you posted these Caravan Videos the day I needed a how to KZbin vid , Excellent vid ,I replaced my Water pump 2 cam seals and crank seal and belt with a hand full of tools a jack, Jack stand Tork Wrench, and your home made tools fairly easy over 3 days , to all that do this job NOTE!!! when re assembling the Aircon bracket is trickey as you CANNOT tighten it till you get the air con belt tensioner in place (3 bolts in place ) as it did not line up for me when I tightened the bracket firstt , then tighten The air con plate and then the tensioner then the compressor, and as you show the Power steering pump is tough , also if you have a long extension you can get to the Altenator bracket bolt by the rear manifold from where the exhaust is if you bend down the the tin heat shield , not easy but an alterative if you cant get that bolt back there, another note MAKE sure you buy good seals with a spring in then as it will save you doing the job twice like me CHEERS T

What is the pvc length and diameter

+josh paducha The PVC is 1 1/2" inside diameter and 1 13/16" (4.9cm) long.

+josh paducha The cam PVC is also 1 1/2" diameter and 1/3/16" (3.7cm) long. Hope that helps.

@@TheOriginalMechanic this is a stroke of Genius, What prompted you to calculate the length of the pvc? Thinking out loud would you have used a micrometer and bolt length to determine the over all length of the pvc?

@@harryfischer6741 It had to be both short enough that I didn't run out of bolt and long enough to fully seat the seal. I recall a bit of trial and error before getting it right
