If power steering fails on your Dodge Charger and you are having hard time turning the steering wheel and if your Charger is equipped with electronic power steering you first want to check all the fuses. Power steering fuses are located in the fuse box under the front hood:
FUSE #3: Electric Power Steering (50A)
FUSE #19: Electric Power Steering (50A)
FUSE #37: Electric Power Steering Module (10A)
