How’d you remove the oil pump without removing the pan?

I have a 2012 RAM. you can't. have to drop the pan at least 1.5 inches. If you do this you might as well take it off, clean it up real good, replace the oil pump, etc. to do this, you have to take off the engine mount bolts, trans dross bar bolts(2), a transmission bracket (5 bolts). Pain in the butt for sure, but worth it in the end. Just need to suck it up, watch many KZbin vidieos, etc.
