How did you come to the conclusion that it was that sensor? My truck is shutting off randomly and was wondering if I should change it

My truck is hard to crank. Scanner says crank sensor. I'm wondering if this will fix it.

2008 Dodge 6.7 replaced my crank case position sensor now doesn’t crank easy like always think it has to be re-learnt with a scanner
