It's horrible that they allow vehicles to go out like that. But there is a fix. It's a pain in the butt but look at the pinned chat at the top. It has a link to the solution

I just bought mine brand new in January 2022 I have a little over 5 thousand miles on it. I haven’t had any major issues besides the apple car play not connecting. That was in the first month owning it now in may of 2022 I haven’t had any issues. Great truck. Sorry you’re going through this dodge should def step up and fix this asap.

It took me a lot of hassle but I ended up getting it fixed. I posted the fix video below in the comments. It's not happening to all of them but it definitely has happened to a lot of Dodge durangos which is why I've left this video up. I've talked to many people that have complained about the same issues I had. From one's sold over a year ago to brand new ones. There's no rhyme or reason to it

My new to me srt Durango was built on 11/21, no issues here. What was you build date Kevin? Maybe it could be an early 21?

I financed a 2018 Durango a little bit over a year. I’m stuck with bubbles on top of the screen. I called Chrysler if they can give some type of “good will service”. They said no. They told me to buy a new radio for $2,000 and keep the receipt just in case they do have a recall.

I recently had to buy a new work van. Originally went to Dodge to look at the ram ProMaster. Not only does it take 8 to 9 months. They want $10,000 over list price. I went to Mercedes and got a sprinter for ultimately the same cost as a pro master. I never thought My first Mercedes would be a work van. 😕 But I'm done with Dodge

I have a 2021 dodge durango 10.1" screen and the screen sucks! Constantly freezes, goes slow all the time, shuts off while driving randomly, nav restarts entire screen when navigating somewhere, backup camera sometimes doesn't turn on, navigation doesn't center itself most times. It's terrible and I hate it and there's no update when looking online. Not even sure who to contact about this but it's pretty crappy. You pay $53k for a vehicle and this is what you get.

Durango at the dealer today, They are opening a "Star" case with Engineering. I have zero confidence that they are going to fix the issue. It feels like they are waiting me out till my warranty expires.

I just finished dropping my 3 month old 2021 Durango with 4,500 miles for the 3rd time reference radio issues, memory profiles/seat position not working/recalling, radio glitches, compass disappearing, stop/start feature stalling my car in traffic, whirring noise at steering wheel when turning left, Uconnect service battery box message and radio screen going dark, among others. While there, I got to talk to a $80k 1500 Ram owner of 4 months who is having same issues with radio and 6th time dropping off at dealership for the same. Sigh.

Unfortunately the only way to fix it is to hound Dodge until they open a star case with engineering at which point you have to prove to them that the radio freezes without any phones attached and as long as you're under warranty they will fix it by replacing it

Why is your right side psi so high? 32 is sticker, but I keep mine at 35.

Yeah I tend to just throw the max pressure in the tires. I know that's not the way the truck is designed but... YOLO
