I 💯 agree with Jeff - I would totally want Judge's dropped ball as # 2. The story behind that is as funny as hell (part of the Yankees 'comedy of errors' that inning) and will ALWAYS be part of the World Series conversation. Freddie's grand slam as #1. 💪⚾

Unless you're a Dodgers or Red Sox fan, who the heck would bid on the dropped ball? That wasn't even the back breaking play. It was failing to cover first that arguably sank the Yankees in the fifth, and even that didn't cost them the game.

@@williamavitt8264 it did no such thing. One did not cause the second, which caused the third, which is a chain reaction. The drop did not cause volpe to short arm the throw to third, which itself did not cause a double brain cramp between Cole and rizzo. The third one was for me, the big one of the three as it actually resulted in a run scored. The dropped ball has no historic value. It only carries sentimental value for again, either a Dodgers fan or a Yankees hater.
