Every one of those Yankee at-bats had me fearing the worse this entire series. That Jazz Chisolm guy, (who I didn't even know before this series) kept getting hits and providing a spark with Judge MIA. Soto and Stanton were mostly solid and so was Volpe. But as a Dodger fan, I am pretty disappointed in Shohei's performance in this series. The team carried him. He came up in many critical situations and was swinging for the fences. Soto seemed much more a threat every time he came to bat than Shohei. I was holding my breath and looking away at every Soto swing. If he had been getting any consistent help in that lineup he would have had a monster series. I like Judge a lot. He, like every other great player, needs to be surrounded by other very good players so that teams cannot just pitch around him. They are obviously a very good team. They made it to the World Series for god sake. Judge, Rizzo, Verdugo all picked a bad time to have their bats go cold collectively. Muncy is a very good hitter whose bat disappeared for us in this series. I kept expecting him to deliver a big hit somewhere in this series and he really never did (got walked a bunch tho.) Our catcher, Will Smith, has been getting clutch hits consistently all year and only played okay in this series. However, both Muncy and Smith bring the defense every night so they will usually stay in the lineup even though they aren't hitting. I feel your pain though bro. Had the Dodgers have lost this game, I'd be so fricken depressed. Just like I know you feel right now. We've been close before. We've dominated our division for over a decade and only have 2 world series to show for it. You are a true Yankee fan. You live nad die with the success of the team. Much respect!

We had this game won, they did this to themselves! That awful blunder by Judge in centerfield, that horrible exchange with Volpe and Chisholm at third base and then that ground out where no one was overing first base which caused the game to spiral outta control! Their defense failed miserably, me being a die hard Yankee fan I'm wrecked about all of this! I was so pissed that it killed me not being able to scream without waking anyone up, so I just walked outta my house and took a long ass walk! Whatever man, at least we had a good run!
