I'm sure they would if they could afford it. Unfortunately, not many teams are as wealthy as the Dodgers are. In fact, only the Yankees are worth more. Other teams like the Royals and Rays are on a budget. It's a nice concept, but only the wealthiest of teams can foot the bill.

I used to talk to Dustin all the time when I was a kid. He used to play for the Loon’s. At the loons stadium my dad was a chapel leader and I had been about 7 at the time. I talked to Dustin May multiple times and at the time I didn’t understand how good he really was. He was a quiet but nice guy from what me and my dad remember. I wish I could meet him again. I was so sad when he went to Los Angeles and so was my dad. I think about how he talked to me, gave me game balls, taught me pitching tips before games in the locker room, and he was always so nice to me. He probably doesn’t remember me anymore but I’ll never forget him. He was a nice person and well deserved to be in the mlb. I’m happy for him and can’t stop watching him play.

Dustin May is one of my favorite players because I'm a ging myself. And I didn't know till this year when I needed a root canal that we need more anesthesia than others. Idk if that's good, bad, cool? But I hope he comes back stronger and better than ever. He's one of the last guys I'd wanna step in the box when he's on the mound. One of the best young pitching talents in the game + the intimidating factor with that hair, best hair in the game IMO.
