Form what I see we called this hare scrambles, for us an enduro was a 100 mile race where the average speed was considered 20 mph of course there were places where you were full out but nothing as tame as this, the Twin States Nation was lots of fun

He didn’t specifically say it people. You have to realize when he was on about the fourth lap he got lapped. That’s how much faster those pros are. Zack you did some really good riding. You have skills. Those GNCC pros are so fast huh? I have determined that it’s not even about endurance. You mentioned how the GNCC trail becomes so bouncy so gnarly. Oh that is very true. So what I am saying is that it’s more of a abuse battle who can take the most abuse on their body and keep going. So it’s not enduring Muscle fatigue and stamina it is pure abuse on the whole body. Yeah One time I heard you mention it jolts your spine. Yes it does my friend yes it does. Over and over and over again better not sit down too much, your spinal could shoot out to the top of your head, from seat bounce, you got to stand up.
