I'm interested in how you were engaged into this one? Did you get engaged part way through the build? How does this work - can anyone building or intending to build (like me!) engage someone like yourself to just do a QA on what the heck these shonky builders have built?

Hmm, ... skinny perforated blocks with large mortar joints. They don't look like they should be load-bearing - especially when missing ties. They may technically be load-rated, but really. What happens if WA gets an earthquake? I'd check to mining explosives timetable before inspecting houses in WA. I'd take up a religion.
