The pickled papaya is usually offered to wash away the oily aftertaste of the fatty lechon. But you still need to buy it separately though. Glad that the vendor taught you how to eat the puso (hanging rice) properly. That's how a vendor should be. Eating pusos is as easy as eating bread. Simply remove the coconut wrap and take a bite from it.
