We love challenges and what better challenge to do in the Philippines than a Filipino Food Challenge. So, we each got 200 Peso, and headed out to Sugbo Mercado Market in It Park Cebu, where were given 15 minutes each to find a starter, main meal & dessert.
The Point of the food challenge is to see who gets the best meals and declare a winner. So let the Games Begin.

There are three main islands in the Philippines. Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. You have been to Luzon (Manila, Palawan), Visayas (Cebu). I hope you can also visit Mindanao soon. We also have a lot of beautiful beaches and islands here. That is where Siargao is situated.

Very entertaining challenge! I had fun watching you guys get everything you needed and then comparing each other's picks. Lil bit of trivia, liempo is very similar to lechon because it also gives the same flavor to pork as liempo is just deep fried, but we boil it first before frying it to make it tender. We simmer it with a bunch of spices similar to how they stuff herbs inside the lechon. Overall this video made me drool and smile at the same time. ❤️🥂glad you guys had fun here in the Philippines.

For me the winner is the Grill Sisig as per Chef Bordaine is Mind Boggling but Liempo can challenge it.
