Since the AFT is coming under legal scrutiny, they are finally speeding up the process.

The integral brake is the key for using a silencer for PRS. Also, a silencer less than 20 oz. if possible. The lighter the silencer, the less POI shift.

Totally agree. I'm not getting it for the "silencing" part, although I do like that aspect of it. I'm getting it to trap the initial gasses and then provide a brake for the gas that escapes. This Omega 300 has been awesome and I just ordered a TBAC Magnus RR, so can't wait to get that and do a video on it. Thanks for watching my friend!

Hey 4GunGuy, could you do a video on your match day gear load out? I'm looking to get into PRS next year and this is what I'm looking into or what I may need as a new participant in this series. Thanks and keep up with the awesome informative videos.

Hi BimmerDude! I've been thinking about that one and thanks for reminding me. I'll get it done soon, and thanks for watching my friend!

Suppressors are awesome. My Stamp came through this past spring for my area 419 Maverick... used it in every match since. Love it and doubt I'll use a break again unless I shoot a match in one of "THOSE" states.

Ha! Yeah, that's the only catch right? Glad you're enjoying the suppressor and thanks for watching my friend!

The maverick seems like a really trick silencer for PRS. PRS is not my thing, but that would be my pick for competition shooting.

Enjoy your suppressor dang it. My barrel does not like my Omega 300 on my 6GT. I've tried everything to get it to work and she just does not like it on there. Because I shoot suppressed on every other gun that I own and tightens up my groups. My quarter minute gun becomes a Sears and Roebucks gun with my suppressor on it.

Oh man, that sucks, especially on a GT! I wonder if you could treat the suppressor like a tuner and adjust your load instead of the other way around (you know, like when you adjust the tuner). Maybe try a different powder load (velocity) and seating depth? You might be surprised and have another great shooting suppressed rifle. Thanks for watching again my friend!
