I have a 8% AR and get plenty of good orders in my market. I think customer service rating matters more IMO. 🙂

Doesn’t matter. My buddy is a Spark driver and we’re out daily together. My numbers as of last Monday 100% on time, 0% drop, 48% AR, 4.9, 99% items found. His: 100%, 0% drop, 12%, 4.7, and 95%. He got a $43 order 6 miles I got $30, 8 miles. 2nd round robin he got a $50, I got a $36. Metrics don’t matter on Spark. *This morning my AR is 18% and yesterday was my 2nd best day ever.

I'm right around 50% as well. One thing that is messed up is the "on time arrival". I could regularly be early to many of my pickups yet the app won't let you start your trip if your like 2 minutes out and in the parking lot. Another portion of the metrics that is also inaccurate is the "items found". If the Wally World you are shopping is out of said item that is beyond your control. The app really needs some hands on users to help tweak some of its features. I preview my entire shopping list and figure out my route inside the store. However many times you need to jump items or you end up going back and forth if you follow the next items on the list.

IDK 🤔 seems to be market dependent. I stay around 20 AR simply because on RRs, I have to decline 3-4 abismal curbsides to get a respectable shop. Offers seem to improve with every decline....

I have had similar results in bigger markets!

I personally do not think AR matters in MOST cases. I think when it does make a difference is when you have 20 drivers and 15 offers. If you have 20 drivers setting in a row, I think the likelihood of a worst 5 AR's getting one of those 20 offers are slim, not impossible, but slim. So as I said, in some cases it does make a difference but under normal circumstances, I don't think it really does.

Acceptance rate doesn't matter for me. Mine is 4% and 100% on time ,0 cancel rate and rating is 5.0. I just turn my app on when I want to work at home and I get order all over my area. Closest walmart to me is 3 mile.
@MichiganderGirl7 ай бұрын
I agree. Mine has never been over 26% and wait for one that makes financial sense. I only do shop orders over 20.00. My market is fairly busy with 3 stores.
@oodavidyyf84167 ай бұрын
@MichiganderGirl same here most of my s&D is 20 to 30 range. I hardly do curbside unless it's good. I work only 2 to 4hr a day

I often stay around 20-35% and have $300 days 1 or 2 days a week. I do migrate between 3 stores and pay attention to the trends, though.
@SouthWestIron7 ай бұрын
nice a really good day for me is maybe a little over half of that!

@SouthWestIron I often work 12 hours a day from Thursday to Sunday. My gf was doing Spark too, but her car broke down. Hopefully, she will be back out there soon.

I can't figure out if you ignore the same offer over and over it counts each time. I went down to like 4 percent acceptance rate but I still get lots of offers. I also think I'm getting the same amount of offers because a lot of drivers in my zone quit after they found out how much they owed the irs when they did their taxes.
@warpawsgaming49585 ай бұрын
For the mileage don't I need to add it twice because you gotta come back to the store so if it says 6 miles that would be 12 because you gotta come back to the store

That’s correct!
@FromTheRoad3607 ай бұрын
I hover around 50% AR. 0% dropped. 94% on time. I think as long as you are in the green, all should be well. Be careful with those wrong address deliveries. I had one like yours, address was wrong as in it was N not S on the street, 5 miles extra to delivery, 4 miles back to the next drop. Customer support helped with delivering it, but said I had to call back to get mileage corrected for pay. When I called back customer support said they would not adjust, and I should have canceled the delivery. Needless to say, there was some colorful language used during that call. When I turned the app back on a few hours later, I was surprised I hadn't been deactivated. Consolation prize was a $27 dollar tip on that batch delivery. As expected, they did not send me an email to rate their customer support call.

I doubt it matters maybe only when its slow. I've been at 0 percent and still get good offers and I've also been at 50 and get bad offers. It's just the algorithm same as the cloud lol

I’ve learned it does not matter. The most important thing is proximity to the store
@glennlester33697 ай бұрын
This is the key. My friends AR is 4%, and he gets better offers than me. We are parked in the parking lot next to me. My AR is 42%.
@michaelpittman38897 ай бұрын
@@glennlester3369 absolutely. If you have 10 people in the Walmart parking lot with a 10% acceptance rate and 10 a quarter mile down the road with a 100% acceptance rate those in the parking lot will get the order first. Proximity is everything
@enterjudas85437 ай бұрын
I feel it does matter. Lately I’ll be sitting at the store for a couple hours with no round robins while seeing the same drivers/shoppers getting offers and my acceptance rate is like 18%

Yeah, you just turn on the app and select how long you want to work. It will then start sending you orders.

My acceptance rate is only 28%, but my on time arrival is 100 my drop rate is 0% and my customer rating is 4.9, I only work out of the one Walmart of the three that are in our area because the other two aren't worth the distance to go to to do orders from, also because it's in another state, so there's a river between us which makes travel a lot more difficult
@Randy-y2b7 ай бұрын
How is there being a river in your city that makes travel more difficult? Is there a bridge to drive over or are you swimming across?
