Hi! That’s a good question lol I’ll have to look at my shelf in my studio and get back to you. But honestly Google is my best friend. Reading clinical studies and looking at lots of articles and KZbin can be a good resource too but make sure you watch a variety to see if the info ur hearing is consistent
