I think devs hate Ash. No love for her. The twin snare should be default like fuse q. Besides her ult is bad. Not like pathfinder that works super fine.

Tbh ash does need a little work, but she's not as bad as everyone thinks she is honestly. She's simply not as brain dead as other champs so not everyone can just pick her up like that, certain legends require a level of game knowledge to really get the best out of the legends skill set(most of the assault legends, crypto and newcastle)

True, but the main problem with ash is her ultimate. They need to fix the marker for where the portal goes and need to increase distance. As for her tactical it does not capture the enemy quick enough. Although its good its not immediate you can see her trap coming from a mile away and in close range combat it takes a second or two to activate even if its directly thrown on the floor in front of the enemy. Yes ash does require some knowledge of the legend itself. It is certainly not lowest picked legend just because of peoples level of game knowledge. Her skill set needs to be fixed all together even possibly reworked.

Two arc sneers should already be in her kit. They need to double the distance of her ultimate and also fix the issue where you have to clip onto something to use it you should be able to freely use it when looking in any direction, you literally cannot look up into the air and use her old. It’s so badand fix her passive passive is mediocre. I would play Ash if she was a better more fun character.

Dude I’ve been sleeping on ash, I finally tried her out season 20 and it’s completely changed the game for me. Her tactical is okay, it comes in handy often but it’s not great compared to what other legends have in the assault category. It’s her ult that changes everything for me. It’s so versatile and most importantly it’s a get out of jail free card for me. I can comfortably play around teams knowing I have my ult and whenever it gets too spicy I can just dip and disappear. It lets me be anywhere I need to be instantly, let’s be dip from a bad scene, great for mini rotations around poi’s, I love it. It reminds me of wraith when she could instantly phase away from trouble, but you can take your whole team if you want idk I can’t praise it enough honestly as a solo player or even on a team. It’s a get out of jail free card and an instant teleport to wherever you need to be. My K/D has never been higher this season and ash is definitely my knew main. I want to get really good with her and eventually get her heirloom

I feel like compared to a fuse q, bang q or maggie q, the q of ash is way to weak, even if you could throw it while healing. The q is just as bad, as ballistics. The ult is nice, even if it could be a bit longer. The biggest problem is the placing accuracy and reliability. I mean, ash has a portable map-room with the 60sec. perk for her passive, but still she's seen as a bottom tier legend.

Love Ash. As an Ash main her biggest struggle is most definitely the ult distance & targeting. Even though the ult is fantastic. My thoughts to increase her effectiveness is making her ult 85-120m instead of the 63(which I think is why her ult has targeting issues, it's just to short to lock on to where people want to go) and get rid of the enemy callout perk at lv 2 for an extra Ult Charge so she can ult twice. Giving her an extra charge would allow for her mobility to rival her competition (although I understand she isn't a skirmisher and do not want her as one). I'd love to see 90m and 2 charges on the ult with a perk. I'd also be fine with a perk giving her a 120m on the ult with no additional charge. Either way replace the callout perk for an ult buff. Hell you can replace both lv 2 perk with those ult perks and I'd be completely happy. Idc about either lv 2 perk. Also I'm not understanding the hate for her and her Q. Her kit is why I main her. The outplay potential when your decent at the game is nuts. Ash is the perfect mix of offensive and defensive at the same time. I feel like people sleep on that fact.

Cuz skirmishers have a movement passive and or a movement tac and can include a movement ult like octane and valk but ash only movement is her ult

Ash's ult could be reworked into 2 40 meter charges. Each charge has a minute cooldown. As well as smooth it out so its easier to place & quicker to use. Her q needs to be one handed already and When existing in the world have a bigger radius to cover more space & people caught in this bigger snare are binded longer, from 4s to 6s But throwing & landing it on players directly has it act the same as usual but gives a little less space for victims to move in. Also the movement speed while holding the snare is increased to unholstered sprint speed from weapon sprint speed Finally for her passive, an addition. Anyone enemy who has dealt dmg to a player you killed will allow you to ping that dead player's deathbox & ping their location. Passive can be used 10 meters away from a deathbox.

Ashes kit just lacks both ima thematic sense and a competitive sense Her passive is useless and very rarely does the scan portion actually come into play which should be the main selling point of the passive, the scans should be more frequent such as every time you get a kill and scan the box you can find their teammates and perhaps the scans could do more then be a ordinary scan maybe have it buff ash in some way by reducing ultimate cooldown or something as well Her tactical is practical yet it’s very boring, the twin snare buff should honestly just be basekit with the QoL change of it being one handed And finally her ultimate it’s yet again practical but incredibly boring, there’s nothing really special about it it’s a portal but you don’t really need that when pathfinder, octane, and wraith have team mobility as well and it’s inherently less safe but it’s ultimately doesn’t really matter because they can do it just as fast and precise and the downside of it not being as quick and precise can be ignored because of how effective those legends are regardless if their team mobility is slightly less safe The ultimate needs a rework to be something stronger and not just a single quick teleport because that is incredibly boring, like it’s not a bad ultimate but for being a ultimate it could definitely do more Such as having a alternate mode where you can use the ultimate at 50% and use the teleport twice but leave no portal while the other mode is a double ranged teleport that leaves a portal for teammates you knock 2 birds with 1 stone by making the ultimate flexible since ash after all is a very flexible legend with scans, lockdown, AND mobility

I had this cloudy guy in my lobby yesterday, he wasn't anything special I had taken him down in 1v1 and did a finisher as well as a bonus..
