Im going to be honest, I clicked on this video because I wanted to see how he rated my favorite characters heirloom. I played this character since I unlocked her, and while not being the best in the game by a long shot, have 1500 kills on her, which is massive for me. When I did finally unlock my first heirloom shards, there was like 45 seconds before I got the heirloom. I do think Rampart is massively underrated, and he made me feel just a bit better about my decision. Now i just need her Prestige skin to come out and Ill be very happy.

#1 Rev heirloom Recolor cool banner frame. Also changes Rev’s goofy run animation to something less goofy. Wish the handle was less shiny & blade had a brighter gold. #2 wraith recolor. Cool banner & neat emote. Gives wraith a kick animation when using melee. I don’t play wraith. #3 horizon because it’s space mom’s favorite toy

You didnt try spinning with the crypto's heirloom. The drone can open doors as a rare animation and it has rare attack animations.. (i know its your opionion but you should try those before placing it at a tier spot) the sword looks like that because he is alot with hacking and all, without the scroll things and joysticks it wouldnt be matching or good tbh.
